Catalyst was born from a bold idea: what if everyday people in the food industry had access to the kind of leadership development that fuels both personal growth and business results?

We saw the gap—brilliant, capable people working in this industry and/or being promoted into leadership without the support, tools, or mindset they need to thrive. So we built something different. Catalyst Food Leaders blends deep industry knowledge with coaching-based methods that unlock confidence, connection, and capability in everyday leaders.

Our mission is to transform how people lead in the food industry. We believe leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about mindset, relationships, and impact. That’s why our programs meet leaders where they are, with practical tools, reflective practices, and space to grow.  At the end of the day, we help organizations increase capacity in people and in business.

We started with one bootcamp and a belief that people matter. Today, we serve professionals across the supply chain—from the plant floor to the boardroom—through immersive programs, community events, and game-changing conversations.
